Our sessions include Yoga Flow, Gentle Breathe & Stretch Yoga, Restorative Yin Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, and online Gentle Yoga & Meditation. We also offer specialized classes such as Chair Yoga and Children’s Yoga, ensuring that everyone can find a practice that suits their needs.

• Meditation: If you’ve wondered about the benefits of meditation but are unsure where to start, our beginner-friendly sessions are perfect for you. Learn practical techniques to incorporate into your daily routine, helping you find freedom from stress and access inner peace.

• Pre/Post Natal Yoga: Tailored for expectant mothers, those looking to conceive, and individuals easing into a gentle practice after childbirth. We offer private classes for individuals and couples, as well as small group sessions to share your journey with others.

• Reiki: Experience the healing power of Reiki to access peace, clarity, and freedom in your life. Our sessions aim to help you work through energy blocks, releasing trauma and aligning you with your authentic self.

• Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of sound with our group or private sound baths. Our sound healing therapy involves a vibrational one-on-one sound massage, where bowls are struck directly on the body to shift energy blocks and release trauma.

• Floating Sound Bath: For a unique experience, join us for a floating sound bath on water. Float on a large inflatable bed, enveloped by the resonance of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other instruments, offering a one-of-a-kind setting for relaxation.

• Private Sessions and Workshops: We provide tailor-made private sessions and workshops designed to help you align with your goals or address specific challenges. Whether it’s a yoga practice at your workplace, a hen party, or a family session, we can create a bespoke experience for you.

Lucy’s journey has taken her from the world of acting to the spiritual heart of India, where she deepened her practice and training in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and sound healing. Her mission is to create a space where everyone can explore their inner world, connect with their true self, and awaken to the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.
